特别说明：UNDER THE TREE家居店（简称“UTT”家居）工商登记名为：杭州滨江区木作家居店（如因业务扩展需要，工商登记名存在调整的可能，具体以UTT家居相关公示为准）。
2. 请您于UTT家居激活订单后 3小时内，以（现金/刷卡/支付宝/转账）方式全款支付本订单总价及包装费。如产生物流费用，由您与物流（单位或个人）单独结算。
1. 若客户于本协议确认后的 3小时内，仍未付款，UTT家居有权单方终止订单。
5. 若UTT家居在指定发货日后 15日内，仍无法交付货物，客户有权单方终止订单，UTT应在您终止订单当日后3日内全额退还您订单总价金额。
Thank you very much for your trust and fondness on UTT furniture. In order to clarify and define related rights and obligations regarding the purchase behavior between you and UTT, please read this agreement carefully. Your order on the official website of UTT is deemed as your agreement on the application of this Agreement to your order. Therefore, please confirm that you have fully understood all the content of this Agreement before pacing an order.
In the Agreement, “UTT” refers to UNDER THE TREE furniture store, and “You” refers to customers. Articles in this Agreement and your order constitute the complete contract regarding product purchase and supply between UTT and You. After you have ticked off the option that “I have read and agreed on related service items”, this Agreement will act as the online purchase contact between you and UTT and get valid with legal force.
Notes: the business registration name of UNDER THE TREE furniture store (“UTT” for short) is: Hangzhou Binjiang Wood Furniture Store (the business registration name may be adjusted in case of the need of business expansion. Specific information shall be subject to the related publicity of UTT.)
1. You agree to and voluntarily buy the furniture and home supplies sold by UTT, and have clearly known about all the items of your purchased goods, such as name, materials, size, quantity, price, volume, logistics, package, packaging fee, etc. Details shall be subject to the “order” generating on the page.
2. Please pay up the total price and packaging fee of your order in (cash/card/Alipay/bank transfer) within 3 hours after UTT has activated your order. In case of logistics fees caused, you shall settle it solely with logistics (unit or individual)
All the furniture goods sold by UTT are packed with original manufacturer cartons. In the event of those that need the logistics transportation to the place out of Hangzhou, the customer shall pay additional fees for packaging materials and foe labor. Wooden case package fees shall be counted by 400 yuan/cubic meter, which shall be charged together with the order amount by UTT and then the order takes effect.
1. As for those transported to urban Hangzhou area (within Ring Expressway) and with the total consumption amount achieving RMB 5000 yuan, UTT will deliver and install goods for free (Customers shall bear additional fees caused due to customer sites, such as hoisting installation fees, carrying fees, etc.)
2. For furniture goods to other areas, UTT gives tacit consent to Deppon Express for goods transportation, and the logistics company will charge logistics fees fro customers. Logistics fees include: fees caused in the transportation from Hangzhou logistics station to your local logistics station and fees caused in the transportation of goods by logistics company from your local logistics station to your house.
1. For customers meeting the conditions of free delivery in urban Hangzhou area, UTT staff is responsible for free installation.
2. Most articles of furniture sold by UTT are integrated goods or need simple assembly, such as wardrobe, beds, etc. A small amount of products need to be assembled by professional individuals according to product installation diagram. Customers out of urban Hangzhou area shall fully know about this interpretation and make discreet choice when selecting goods. After purchase, customers shall be responsible for such circumstances as damages to furniture, loss of accessories, etc. caused due to installation of their own accord, and UTT will not be responsible for it. In case customers require UTT staff for on-site installation, customers shall make an appointment in advance, and traveling fees and man-hour fees of UTT staff shall be borne by customers.
1. For customers within urban Hangzhou area, UTT staff will confirm the specific delivery time and place with you 1-2 days before delivery. In case delivery time and place need to be adjusted due to special circumstance, you shall inform UTT of it in written, email or short message 2-3 days before delivery date.
2. For customers out of urban Hangzhou area, UTT staff will contact you before delivery, and tell you about the logistics inquiry No., or, you may inquire related logistics information in the order on official UTT website. You shall ensure that someone is at home on the receiving date, and prepare basic unboxing tools.
3. Please pay the logistics fees after confirming the perfect condition of goods. In case loss of furniture happens during transportation, or, damages caused during transportation are found to the furniture when inspecting the goods, please reject it on site, and contact UTT staff at once. When logistics designated by you is used, the risk during transportation shall be borne by you, and UTT will have nothing to do with it.
4. If you do not make on-site inspection, it is deemed as qualified acceptance, and UTT will not be responsible for damages to furniture caused during transportation that are found after the logistics company has left.
5. For goods that are picked up by customers from the logistics station, customers shall be responsible for the damages and loss happening during pick-up transportation.
1. Major materials of furniture sold by UTT are natural wood, and difference in texture and color may exist. Expansion joints may appear in solid wood furniture during daily use due to environment, humidity and other reasons, which are normal phenomena. Please make repeated consideration when purchasing.
2. Furniture sold by UTT is environmentally friendly product. Most products have no surface painting, therefore, please prevent colored liquid from penetrating in the furniture.
3. Solid furniture shall avoid long-term solarization from outdoor sunshine. It shall be placed to avoid direct sunlight. Avoid heat source as possible and keep humid in the room, since too dry environment may lead to local sun crack or transformation of wood.
4. When such solid furniture as dining table or tea table is used, hot water cup, teapot or plate shall not be placed directly on the surface of the furniture, and heat proof mat can be used. Besides, table mat can be used to prevent too much oil from penetrating in it.
5. Abrasion with hard objects shall not occur on the surface of furniture, so as to avoid damages to surface texture of wood.
A one-year guarantee period as of the day of installation will be provided as for solid furniture sold by UTT (other home supplies/ decorations and groceries sold by UTT are excluded from the guarantee.) When furniture repair or maintenance is necessary after a year, UTT can assign its staff to provide on-site repair and charge some fees as appropriate.
1. UTT is an international furniture collection store, mainly selling imported solid furniture and home supplies form foreign countries. Therefore, it is necessary to confirm the necessary products and to know about all the information and parameters of the product. Commodity changing or refunding is not allowed after it has been delivered (except that within the responsibility of logistics transportation).
2. Since solid furniture sold by UTT is purchased from foreign manufacturers, it can only be sold in the way of prompt goods rather than order. Since storage of each commodity is limited, lack of the commodity may appear at the moment of commodity changing. In this case, UTT will try best to coordinate it according to the similar model with that of the furniture originally ordered by customer, and the customer understands and accepts it. During commodity changing, in case of difference in price caused by different product models, the principle of “refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency” shall be followed between the customer and UTT.
3. In case UTT agrees on commodity refunding after consultation, the customer shall send or transport the furniture to Hangzhou UTT Headquarters. After unboxing inspection and the confirmation of qualification, UTT will return money to the customer account. Expenses caused during related transportation shall be borne by the customer.
4. In case of commodity changing or refunding for damages to the commodity caused due to personal reasons, UTT will not agree on it.
1. In case the customer makes no payment within 3 hours after the confirmation of this agreement, UTT has the right to terminate the order unilaterally.
2. In case the customer requires delayed delivery, he shall inform UTT of it in written, email or short message 2-3 days in advance before the scheduled time of delivery.
3. In case the customer requires commodity refunding before the day of delivery, and UTT agrees to terminate the order, the customer shall pay UTT not less than 20% of the total order price as penalty.
4. In case UTT fails to deliver the goods on the day of delivery as agreed in the agreement, UTT will pay 5‰ of the commodity amount to the customer per day for overdue delivery as penalty.
5. In case UTT fails to deliver the goods within 15 days after designated delivery day, the customer has the right to terminate the order unilaterally, and UTT shall return the total order price amount to the customer in 3 days after the termination of the order.
In case of failure in the performance or in full performance of this agreement due to force majeure, such as flood, earthquake, typhoon, transportation accidents, etc., one party shall inform the other party of it in written, email or short message in time, and then both parties will make friendly negotiation to settle it.
Any dispute caused in the implementation of this agreement or related to this agreement shall be settled on negotiation between both parties with friendly attitude. In case both parties fail to reach an agreement through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the arbitration authority of UTT locality for arbitration.
